After three years of dealing with all kinds of legal Bologna, being shipped from doctor to doctor, documenting my pain from my permanent injury this firm dropped the ball when it really mattered. Marc Simon basically told me if I didn't like it to go pound sand. So I walk away with zero. The lawy...er who represented me at my arbitration didn't know anything about me or my case. He was a former prosecutor with three months at this firm. HIs lack of preparation was humiliating.
