They do not fight for you! You feel like you have to defend yourself to them! Do not let you speak to the attorney who represents you.Never returns phone calls. Refuse to let you know what you will be getting out of the settlement! Tells me that they will not appeal the offer because they think it's... a fair offer even though they won't tell you what you are coming out with!!! The worse 3 years of my life!!!!! Four times they cancelled a deposition ! They lie!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I had a bad accident on Septa. I had torn my whole rotator cuff and had to have surgery. I was told by Septa nerve specialist I had nerve damage. I never was contacted by them and never went to court. When I called to inquire about what's going on the receptionist would keep me on hold for the longe...st and then hang up. I was given a $5000 check by my auto insurance and they took that and told me they had to pay medical bills with it. I told them my medical bills were paid already and I could handle it myself. I heard nothing from Simon or Jordan. I finally get in touch with someone and I was told they didn't recover anything and there is nothing I can do. How can you attend trial on paper. That's what they said they did. I asked how could you do that without me being present. Don't have anything to do with this Lawfirm or the attorney's in it or out of it. Just because they left the Lawfirm don't me they're good stand up lawyers. Worst Experience Ever! I never hired them but I had to choose consulted to move forward with this review.

suffered from car accident, needed a good laywer. Do not work with his laywer you will regret and end up paying him more than you actually lose your law suit. Never able to communicate with laywer at all. They will not respond, will ingore your call. You have to beg to talk to multiple people who ans...wer the phone to ask what is going on with you case because no one will give you honest update about the case or chance of winning your case.

This was the worst experience I ever had . I was in a bad car accident I was also 8 and a half months pregnant was hit by a tow truck and received nothing they where not con ant type of communication with me I was the one communicating with them . The receptionist need sensitivity training very rude ...I will never recommend them to anyone
