I used Mark for several legal issues including a criminal case, civil suit and divorce. Not only did he perform his job excellently I found his fees to be more than reasonable. On several occasions he worked very late prepping me for court and reviewing the case; he was able to talk circles around th...e opposing council and got me several good outcomes in otherwise very difficult circumstances. He is passionate about what he does and in my opinion genuinely cares about his clients. When weighing costs, it would be difficult to find a more effective and experienced lawyer at a comparable rate in Bucks County. I hired this attorney for a custody situation. He had a $2500 retainer fee which I paid. After absolutely nothing was done I got a bill that my retainer had ran out. He himself asked me to send him an email of text messages between me and my daughter's father which were never used for anything , a...pparently it cost $2500 to open a few emails. When I called and asked what my money was used for and why it was so much I was then credited some money back to my account. He filed a few papers with courts and when it came time to actually go to court he said he could not go any further until i paid another $2500 retainer fee. In the end i believe that I was robbed. he is absolutely unprofessional and everything that he did I could have done myself for free. Would absolutely never recommend him.
