Their attorneys never followed up with me until the day before my hearing. I had to call them to get any information about my case. Zero service. They switched attorneys "on the day of my hearing" so I'd had no contact with the lawyer representing me in the courtroom. They were supposed to represent ...me "aggressively" but totally threw me under the bus. Then they demanded additional fees for reading my complaints afterward. Awful, awful experience.

Let’s face it…. Custody cases are emotional and hard enough to go through No matter what the case may be. It’s not only his attention to every detail but Mark is the most knowledgeable attorney when it comes to how every procedure works In a custody situation. He is a humble human being that understands how to communicate with someone in emotional distress. Mark would text or call me just to see how I was feeling or just to talk and see if there is anything that he could help with or put my mind at ease. He has never once asked for any kind of payment for His Extra Communication to make sure I was staying on task and To ask how my overall being was. Mark is worth every hard earned penny I have. He is straightforward and gives the hard honest truth even though it’s hard to hear sometimes. Mark had my custody issue resolved very painlessly And there’s no doubt I will be needing him again in the future to make sure I get to raise my kids with the most time possible. Thank you Mark!

I used Mark Zlock for Custody, family issues, my ex and I did not have a great relationship she was diagnosed the stage iv cancer. I had partial physical custody. My child and I were scared I made sure they got to spend a great deal of time together. I reached out to the family to make tranisitions a...s easy as possible but the sicker she got the worse things got. To make matters a bit more complicated they lived in a adjoining state with the custody in PA. Mark Zlock had to find me a lawyer in another state to help with that state's laws which should not be able to override PAs but do to their laws may. That Lawyer and Mark Zlock solidified that it was PAs jurisdiction and defended my rights in another state. Mark Zlock took the time to explain everything answered every question and panic call I had later. His team helped me through every stage of court and her cancer until she passed a few months later. Mark and his team were incredible. He has a medically knowledgeable team who clearly understood her cancer, the treatments and what to expect. It has been over a year. I still get texts and calls checking in to see how things are going and how my child is. This guy cares and he enjoys what he does. I am by no standards considered wealthy and can say this team was reasonably priced and worth much much more.
