I am a Partner at Hill Wallack LLP where I am a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial, Real Estate, Community Association Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups.
I concentrate my practice on the representation of businesses and individuals with respect to business acquisitions and transactions, commercial and residential real estate purchases, sales, leases and tax assessment appeals, business formation, general business planning and counseling, commercial litigation and community association law.
I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
I am an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, currently serving on the Board of Directors. I also currently serve on the Zoning Hearing Board in Warwick Township, Bucks County, PA.
