Consumate Professional

I have worked with Henry over the years concerning probate matters and estate planning and he is an execellent attorney who works hard for his clients. He is detail oriented, available when contacted and is very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Be cautious

We are having a very difficult time getting our retainer reimbursed as we have decided to use a VA lawyer instead of an elder lawyer. We’ve spoken to the receptionist almost on a daily basis since 9/16 it is now 9/29 and we are still being told that they are working on it. The firm was given a $9,0...00 retainer, the assistant gave a summary of what work was completed which was not very much. We need a refund of what is left of the retainer after their minimal billable hours are deducted. We keep getting told that they cannot give us an estimated amount for a refund they said they cannot even give us an idea of a timeline of how long it will take for a refund. It is frustrating because that money needs to be allocated for the elders current needs and it is being held. Called again today I was told they would call me back, still waiting…

Beware of this lawyer.

My case needed to go to court for elder issue. Henry was a disaster. He came unprepared . When he was asked to address witnesses he stalled so much that the judge had to constantly prompted him. Never did any research. Never prepared our witness, told just keep talking. Yes, we lost our case be...cause of him.

NOTE FROM FIRM: We are not familiar with this client??? We are a transactional Elder Law Firm. The ONLY time we go to court is for Guardianship matters and, the very seldom contested Power of Attorney or Estate matter. We have no client by the name of Bethany. I think they have us mistaken with another attorney by the same name. We would appreciate it if AVVO would remove this fictitious review.
