He serves on the PBA Elder Law Section Council and on the Boards of Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and Senior Community Services of Delaware County; former Board Member, Delaware County Bar Association; former President, Delaware County Estate Planning Council. Mr. DeLong has presented and co-created programs for PBI. A “second career” lawyer, he received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law Cum Laude in 1999 and his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in 1976. Mr. DeLong had worked for 20 years in the Securities Investments Industry in Chicago, Houston and Philadelphia for brokerages, a bank (First Pennsylvania – DVP) and SEI Investments Co.
