BEST DECISION I EVER MADE

I was injured at work in 2011. I consulted and hired Mark in 2012. He just did not give up. The WC system is a very unfriendly place to be and I would never have survived had I been alone. Mark absolutely refused to accept any defeat the WC Board handed down and met them straight on. It is now 2019. ...Mark won my case last year after my employers insurance team exhausted every avenue. It took a long time in the system but would have been over a lot sooner if Mark had given up. A lesser lawyer would have given up, mine did not. He sheltered me from the nasties and won my case! And no, I did not know Mark prior to this.

Good lawyer

My lawyer wad very good. He really helped me with ever step of my case. I was able to understand everything that was going on with the legal aspect of things. It was not easy or fast,but im glad we hung in there and i won. I would use hm again.

I have had the good fortune of working with Mr Schmidt's office for over two decades as a practicing chiropractic neurologist who treats worker's compensation patients. The most recent settlement was particularly noteworthy difficult because the injury was difficult to document and had ALREADY been d...ecided upon by a, then W/Comp Referee. With only a few days remaining before the initial decision would have been finalized, Mr Schmidt reopened the case and fought for several years and had to work with many doctors. A specialized MRI had to be taken to vosualize a small soft tissue structure in the top most part of the neck that was related to the accident and ongoing symptoms. I was the fortunate recipient of the favorable decision since I was the first treating doctor after the first over-ridden decision was handed-down. The Pennsylvania State Compensation Fund paid all but a relatively small amount in spite of the judges favorable decision which included the allowance of continued care and for all of the bills to be paid. Mr Schmidt willingly and promptly initiated an action to the balance of the unpaid charges. I am confident of its outcome.
