If You Pick Any Other Workers Comp Law Firm Its Your Loss

Dealing with a workers’ compensation claim was stressful and confusing, especially while trying to recover from an injury and figure out what came next. Working with Schmidt, Kirifides, Rassias & Rio made the process much easier than I expected. They were straightforward, responsive, and clearly kne...w what they were doing. Mark is the best there is. Could never have navigated the workman's comp system without him. He doesn't mess around. Straight forward and knows his stuff. He is the first in the field who has the knowledge, and is willing to spend the time to help navigate the client on how to handle the final set...tlement in a way that will protect SS benefits and medicaid. Mark or his assistant gets back to you quickly, even on weekends, so that you are never left hanging or unnecessarily worrying. Simply the best for so many reasons.

Goes above and Beyond

I want to extend my deepest and most sincere thanks for all you have done on my behalf! I have been in the business world 52 years and as a business owner in particular, I have required legal representation for a plethora of reasons. I have used attorneys from small firms and very large firms. ... In all my years I have never had an attorney who was as talented as you. You know the law. You always had my best interest in the front of all your actions/interactions. You explained things in detail and the potential scenarios and potential outcomes. In fact, you were so thorough I rarely had a question let alone a concern throughout the process. You kept me up to date and in the loop. You made it clear that the final decisions were mine and yet you made excellent recommendations when appropriate. You were always out in front. You made me feel safe. Excellent attorney treats you like family

First off, this is the SECOND time i decided to go with his (Mark Schmidt’s) firm... This in all honesty was an excellent choice. From the hospitality of his assistants, to his exceptional service. Mark is the type of lawyer that will diligently seek ALL that you ask for, and deserve out of your case.... He never excused anything I had to say, or asked for. He always explains things and situations to me in a way that I can understand. He literally never seems irritated with me even when I call him day after day after day after day with questions. Not that I do it that way on purpose but if he is available he always talks to me!! Mark even gives me advice on things that aren’t regarding the case. When I got injured from work , and my family TERRIBLY suffered, he took time to understand my situation in an intimate detail and did all he could to help!!!! I give mark 5 stars not because he asked for it, but because it’s how I truly feel about this firm! Like I stated this is my 2nd time with this firm, and I’d have to admit , I couldn’t have made a better choice!!!
