Mark did an fabulous job with my workercomp case he went to trial and won my beniefts for me after going threw the litigation process he walk me threw the whole process things was stressful and hard after being hurt a work and then denied benefits mark was always honest and forward about any question...s during my experience with him I highly recommended him. His paralegal assistant brandy she very reliable answersing questions for you when mark not in on will relay message to mark and get back to you if she don’t know the answer right away emails communication is fabulous with this law firm they the best .

I want to extend my deepest and most sincere thanks for all you have done on my behalf! I have been in the business world 52 years and as a business owner in particular, I have required legal representation for a plethora of reasons. I have used attorneys from small firms and very large firms. ... In all my years I have never had an attorney who was as talented as you. You know the law. You always had my best interest in the front of all your actions/interactions. You explained things in detail and the potential scenarios and potential outcomes. In fact, you were so thorough I rarely had a question let alone a concern throughout the process. You kept me up to date and in the loop. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE

I was injured at work in 2011. I consulted and hired Mark in 2012. He just did not give up. The WC system is a very unfriendly place to be and I would never have survived had I been alone. Mark absolutely refused to accept any defeat the WC Board handed down and met them straight on. It is now 2019. ...Mark won my case last year after my employers insurance team exhausted every avenue. It took a long time in the system but would have been over a lot sooner if Mark had given up. A lesser lawyer would have given up, mine did not. He sheltered me from the nasties and won my case! And no, I did not know Mark prior to this.
