She advised us to settle the case out of court, even though it meant us not winning. We appreciated her honesty, especially when a less forthcoming lawyer could have persuaded us to go to court, thus allowing themselves to be paid more. This was certainly not the case. Lisanne was persistent with our case until the end, and helped us wrap up everything with minimal stress and minimal time lost. Although we did not win the case, we feel that as much was done as could have been done, and the outcome was certainly better than some of the alternatives.
