Ms. Anderson is the principal of Anderson Elder Law in Media, PA, and concentrates her practice in the area of elder law matters. Ms. Anderson is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is an Accredited VA Attorney, and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance as well as the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. She has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®since 2004, and one of the top 50 female lawyers in Pennsylvania since 2007, in elder law. Ms. Anderson is a past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section (2009) and Co-Chair of the Delaware County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

She has served on the board of directors of Horizons Unlimited Geriatric Education Association and is a frequent course planner and lecturer on the topics of elder law, estate planning and long term care planning. Ms. Anderson received her Master’s in taxation fromVillanovaUniversity and graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

A great learning experience
It’s not often a guest speaker keeps my full attention during a hour, and half lecture. If you ever have the pleasure of listening to Ms. Anderson speak, on how to interpret the law with the aging population. I highly recommend to take advantage of Linda’s many years of experience and professionalism. Thank you Linda, for making me understand Ethics in Dementia. My wife and I heard of this great firm through a lawyer at my union. We met with her in Media in 2017 and had a complete set of Elder Wills, POA/Executor and Living Wills created. Apparently some people have different priorities in life such as cruises and sports games. We feel that it is wise to really examine our retirement years, where our assets will go and to have this Elder Will Kit for the eventual healthcare and finally our physical repose all set-up. This firm is not inexpensive. Nothing of value in life is. One saves to be able to have work done by this award winning firm.

Recommendation for Anderson Elder Law
I went to Linda Anderson for legal direction in a matter I never expected to have to do at age 58, financial planning for myself and 58 year old husband who was diagnosed with early onset dementia. Because I am on an emotional roller coaster ride every day trying to deal with the challenges that face me with my husband's illness, LInda was very powerful not only in keeping me calm but also in helping me achieve what I had to get done, in order to face the challenges thay lay ahead. She shared with us her expertise and knowledge as well as showing us both compassion and humbleness. I am thankful that I discovered Anderson Elder Law. Her staff also deserves kudos as they are as efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate as well.
