Kristen Michelle Rushing

I hired Kristen in 2008 when I filed for divorce. She led the fight in the complicated mess that I was involved in due to multiple businesses and real estate holdings that my X and I had acquired. Kristen was extremely well prepared at every turn of the case, always ready with answers for the opposit...ion and/or the court. Her skill set include but not limited to determination, perseverance, brilliance, communication, patience (except when opposing counsel is an idiot), frugality (always trying to save me money in billable hours) and most importantly to me ...she was passionate about the case! She wanted me to have the best outcome possible and to that end, SHE DID!! The settlement was more than I could have ever wished for. I got to keep my businesses and my real estate which allowed me to support my children. There are no winners in divorce but Kristen mitigated my losses better than I expected.
