I have been practicing in Pennsylvania since 1990, handing primarily family law issues and adoption, wills and probate.
Please note that I am honest. My main goal is always to resolve the matter amicably, as that is what is the most efficient and less stressful for my clients. I will give you my honest opinion of what you are facing and whether I think you can do better or will do worse if the matter goes forward to full litigation. I will not just tell you what you want to hear.
I do my best to keep costs down as much as possible, yet a lot depends on what is done by opposing counsel/party and what is required by the court.
