Over Charging Attorney
Mr. Lamonnaca work on my case for less than thirty days, the price for service I was assured which was 4-8 thousand ended up beening $26,000.00. I was not informed of this amount of fees until after he lost my case and sent me to collections ruining my credit score. DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY.

Replied last September 25, 2020Although I will not discuss the specifics about this clients case, rest assured he was well informed about all costs snd expenses, which included a full NTSB Hearing in Washington, DC, where the client failed to pay any expenses, and a full Emergency Appeal with Briefs to the full Board. He was given a comprehensive fee agreement, and was invoiced bi-weekly.
