Made my divorce a nightmare, drained every pennies out of me and not even divorced yet. No advice from him or direction whatsoever, not like I have gone through a divorce before! Any email no matter how short, $50, phone call $70. Gave me bad advice and always tried to go to court to make more money.... Went through the $2,500 retainer in a couple of weeks with nothing accomplished. Ended up paying more APL to the wife that she was asking for because of his insistance not to settle (never suggested to counter directly with the opposite lawyer). He is very cocky and act like he is on your side, he is more like on the side of his billable hours . I ended up firing him as my divorce is not even started. Stay Away!

Frank is a great lawyer when dealing with a divorce and custody. I would give him 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I hired him and all he did was tell me why nothing should be done about anything. He sailed me down the river and I got the short end of every stick. Then he had the nerve to try to tack on more hours to bill me for. This man is just not good. He never returns calls he may even work with the oppo...sing side in my opinion. I think he is not truthful about his billing and how much money you will be spending.
