Francis Anthony Urso

Frank Urso is an amazing attorney. I met with him in August 2021 and explained my situation. I do not trust people easily and he eased my fears in the whole process from the start. He always did what he said he would. He told me what I could do or was entitled to but always left it up to me to ma...ke the final decision. When I would change my mind about something, Frank would always make the necessary adjustments/corrections in the paperwork without any issues. He was extremely patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and needed more reassurance at times than most people would. He never made me feel bad or stupid for asking anything. When he told me not to worry about something, I learned quickly that I truly didn't need to worry. When I would call, his office staff were always extremely helpful and equally as reassuring. From start to finish my divorce was finalized in under 13 months. In that time, he had to go to court over 10 times with me or on my behalf. He acted very quickly in getting court dates and times scheduled. The cost of using Frank Urso's services was considerably less than what I expected. He was very fair in his charges and always told me what I could do on my own to reduce my costs to him. I had previous legal counselors to help me with my especially, and seemingly, uphill custody battle. I say battle because it went on for SIX years before I met with Mr. Urso. My son's father held all the cards (no vacations, no holidays, if I was late I didn't get my son). The final straw was when my... ex tried to officially cut me off and out of our child's life. My ex used his well-connected resources to cocoon and paint himself as a loving and doting father, and I the picture of evil. My case was particular because of heinous and unfounded accusations. Borderline slanderous. Mr. Urso was professional in his precision. Carefully and methodically peeling every layer of lie and deceit my son's father crafted, then let my ex fall upon his own sword of undoing. I have to admit, after years of constant abuse from my ex, it felt nice. I felt that both my sons were vindicated. That I was finally, FINALLY able to give my children the full and total support and love they so needed, wanted and richly deserved. I am so grateful, every single day that I have, to this man for literally saving my family.
