Donna is by far the most fantastic lawyer you can ever ask for. I moved from PA to CO to set up a new life for my family. Husband stayed behind to wrap up the kids school year. 12 weeks went by and I was so excited to go back and get my family. Instead I was served with emergency custody papers. ...I was 1500 miles away from them and had no idea where to turn for help. Donna thankfully was there to guide me thru the legal battle that went on for a year. And still continues with the divorce and finalizing all other legal matters with the kids. She has always been prompt in response. Even with the numerous miles that separate us. She has also opened up her time to me when I’ve had to fly in for court to prepare me for what’s to come. She has never made me feel rushed or that she has other things to do. I always feel like I’m her only client and my issues really matter. She is very passionate about her job and knows all the legal rulings and matters that I was not even prepared for or knew I had rights too. She will lay all your options out to you and she asks what is best for you. She will not say this is what we are going to do and that’s final. She makes you feel like you actually have a choice and many choices and avenues to explore to get what you need. Or at least fight for them. Things are calming on my legal matters but I will always retain her for anything that the future holds.

I was referred to Donna on the advice of a relative. After meeting with her, I found her to be very friendly, caring & experienced. I hired her for my divorce and support matters. The support case involved a "special needs" child. Donna is extremely knowledgeable, always keeping in mind and fighti...ng for my child's best interest first. She is very reliable. Additionally, she is very prompt and presents very professional when appearing for Court, hearings, meetings, etc. I would definitely recommend her as an attorney!
