Brian M Maggio

Brian Maggio has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury including automobile accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, slip and fall injuries and work-related injuries involving the railroad. He has attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement and was featured in Super Lawyers Rising Stars/Pennsylvania 2012.

Before joining Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates in 2010, Brian worked the last seven years in Philadelphia at the firms of Hill & Associates and Hannon & Palermo, where he was responsible for handling a large caseload of personal injury cases, which included overseeing the case from the initial client meeting to the eventual settlement or verdict. Whether this was conducting settlement negotiations, depositions, arbitrations or trials, he has devoted himself to every aspect of his personal injury cases.
