I think these are crucial qualities for an immigration lawyer. My asylum case went on for whopping 8 years and it kept getting denied an...d falling through the cracks of each agency it went to! So, 7 years and 5 lawyers later, I was referred by a good friend to Tatiana and I hired her with hesitance because I was understandably disappointed in lawyers and immigration system in general. But it was the best decision I ever made on my immigration case. Tatiana HAD the faith in my case MORE THEN I did! Well guess what BIA granted Tatiana's appeal and reopened my case and now I am going back to the US to a court hearing after my deportation!!! I still have some ways to go before I get my permanent residence and without any doubt Tatiana is my lawyer all the way!
