Before the final choice of an immigration lawyer, I met with many specialists working with immigration cases in Philadelphia. Having a law degree (university in Ukraine), it was not difficult for me to determine who of those I met was a real professional, deeply versed in American immigration law. ...Tatyana Aristova was my final choice. She is undoubtedly a specialist with extensive practical experience. If you contact her, she will not give you empty promises and invent fairy tales ... she will tell the truth, immediately understanding the strengths and weaknesses of a particular case. In all cases known to me, she was always right in her vision and in her forecasts. Immigration law for her is a tool that will be used to the maximum benefit of the client. In my case: immigration case (political asylum), when part of the evidence had to be restored/obtained from Ukraine, a huge number of documents of varying complexity, opinions of various experts, archives of newspapers, TV channels - she figured it all out and was able to build a case that had no chance of losing in immigration court. All her advice, preliminary preparation (before the court hearing), staging possible questions and situations in court - all this was of great help. Separately, it is necessary to note her high level/experience of communication with prosecutors and the judge on the day of the case hearing in court. I am extremely grateful to have been referred to Tatiana and her wonderful team for help with my EB1 visa and green card. I received approval within just 1.5 years, and I’d like to share my experience.
