Before the final choice of an immigration lawyer, I met with many specialists working with immigration cases in Philadelphia. Having a law degree (university in Ukraine), it was not difficult for me to determine who of those I met was a real professional, deeply versed in American immigration law. ...Tatyana Aristova was my final choice. We’d like to share our experience working with Tatiana Aristova and her team on our EB-1A (Extraordinary) case. She was recommended to us by friends whose NIW case had been approved. We submitted our documents in January, and by mid-November, we had our Green Cards – the whole process took less than ...a year. Tatiana and her team guided us through the entire process. Preparing the documents took about two months before submission. Even though we are on the West Coast and they are not, remote communication was not a problem at all – they always responded to emails quickly, and it was easy to reach them by phone or text whenever necessary.
