To start this story Mr. Parlow and I went through my two misdemeanors over the course of a two year period. My first Misdemeanor was handled just through the court and they put me into a CAP Program. A couple days before I was about to hand in the volunteer hours and paperwork, I was stopped at a DUI... check point and ticketed again. This is when I hired Mr. Parlow. I had always heard he was a good lawyer from local parents and I do not regret my decision in the slightest. From that day he has provided me with every resource I needed to get the charges expunged. He got me enrolled in a 6 month DCDP Program which allowed for the second case to be expunged. We have been patiently waiting to schedule a court date, due to Covid-19. In the end he fought hard and finally got DA to agree to me pleading guilty to DUI. But with no jail time, no license suspension (yes you read that right) and 6 months probation!
