Michael Kevin Parlow

My son was fausely accused of a crime that he did not commit. We talked with the officers and dectectives because he had nothing to hide. But he was never officially cleared of the crime and finally it was time to get legal representation. I spoke with Mr. Parlow, who came highly recommended from ...multiple people. He spent a lot of time listening to the charges and situation. Mr. Parlow called over to the police department and spoke with the dectective and called me back within minutes. Told me he would follow the case and get me updates, telling me from the beginning there should be no case against my son. He stated I needed to be patient while they go through the process. It was a long process, but Mr. Parlow was there along the way and letting me know it will go away as they keep digging. He was 100% right the whole way. But as a parent it's tough to live through. Mr. Parlow spoke with me many times as well as the dectective to get information. I would recommend him to everyone, he is caring, professional and very personal. Per the officers and dectective he is well respected and knows the system well. Michael was very upfront and honest with both the cases we had. He fought to get the outcomes we wanted for each case. Michael Parlow was recommended to me by a friend. I made a very bad decision to engage in "social drinking" with some co-workers after the work day. While I did not have "allot"' to drink, my alcohol level was still higher than it should have been. I left my friends and was soon was charged with a D...UI. I was totally scared, worried, upset and had no idea what I was going to do. I worried how this would affect my life and career. I met with Mr. Parlow and he explained in detail to me what to expect and how he would handle my case. Mr. Parlow assured me that he would work with me and for me to trust him; and I did. If I ever had any questions; which I did, I could either call his office or call him on his cell phone, which was very helpful. When I had questions or concerns I would call Mr. Parlow and he did return my calls. Mr. Parlow is very professional and was respectful of my feelings. He always kept me informed. I was very fortunate that my career was not ruined although I did have to attend an evaluation where it was determined that I did not need intervention or counseling for alcohol. I was extremely lucky. Mr. Parlow attended my hearings and helped alleviate my stress by explaining step by step what to expect and what was happening. I truly do not think I could have faced the court hearings without his supporting me. Mr. Parlow was able to get the court to accept me into the ARD Program for which I am extremely thankful. This required his expertise as I had previously been in the ARD Program greater than 12 years prior. Without Mr. Parlow's wisdom and knowledge, I feel as though I would not have had the good outcome that I did. I would highly recommend Mr. Parlow to anyone with any legal problems. I have a great deal of respect for him and am thankful that I used him as my lawyer to represent me.

Mr. Parlow helped me out previously on a DUI I had gotten before I started nursing school, and helped me get it expunged. During break from school, I was pulled over after working at the bar and having only 2 drinks and was arrested for a DUI by a state trooper after apparently failing a sobriety tes...t due to nervousness. I was hysterical and called his office over the weekend. Mr. Parlow got back to me the next morning, on a weekend, and immediately started working on my case. I was in jeopardy of not being able to finish nursing school or get my license. We were able to contact each other discreetly with no direct mail coming to my house as I lived with my family and I did not disclose my legal trouble the second time around. Thankfully, he was able to speak to the state trooper on the day of my prelim hearing, and was able to drop it down to a speeding ticket with no points.
