Michael Kevin Parlow

The title is what Michael said to me after we walked out of court. I was arrested in March, 2020, and charged with a DUI. I had two DUI's over ten years before that and no record since, but I was still facing at least a little bit of jail time and and a year and a half license suspension among other ...things. Michael was very helpful with explaining everything every step of the way, almost always answered the phone and responded very quickly if he could not. He was very diligent in examination at the preliminary hearing and with discovery which he provided me as well for my input, and ultimately he was able to get the DUI charge dropped and replaced with minor summary charges. It was a huge relief walking out of the courtroom with him that day; I'd recommend Michael Parlow to anyone who feels the pressure these situations bring with them.

My son had so much anxiety after being charged with a felony while at college. Mr. Parlow explained everything clearly and helped ease my son's fears. I've used Michael 3 times and I couldn't recommend him more because he got me literally the 3 best possible outcomes I didn't even think would be possible. The first time was in Philly and he got me the best possible outcome I could of hoped for with a little luck and his strategy he implemented from... the start. A second time was also in Philadelphia and he had different strategy that was also better than I could have hoped for due to his conviction in the strategy he wanted to use, the different judges etc. He always is sure about what he wants to do and isn’t wavering and uncertain, if an opportunity comes up he takes it and is flexible with his strategy and will change his approach if an opportunity presents itself. From the start each time once he receives all the details he knows exactly what he wants to do, he is very strategic and a great communicator for any questions you may have about different scenarios and possibilities. He is realistic and doesn't promise absurd things to just get your business and tells you what you are dealing with right now and what we can hope to do. He makes you feel comfortable, it always put my mind at ease the most I could have hoped for each time I hired him. The third time was his most impressive in Bucks County, the first 2 he showed he is skilled in pretrial and trial strategy but this time he had to actually argue. When we first met he told me where he wanted to go based on the vague and sloppy arrest sheet and how they handled everything but seeing it was something else with how truly impressive he was. I couldn’t believe how skilled he was at destroying everything the arresting officer and the DA presented to argue my case and the case was dismissed pretrial literally by his arguing skills alone which he needed to think quickly on his feet and he showed me what he is capable of and how skilled he really is. I’ve definitely used him more than I wish and know him better than most and couldn’t recommend him more. He is great with all the pretrial stuff and information gathering but also showed he is amazing at arguing your case. He knows pretty much everyone in Philly and Bucks, but especially in bucks county ( I 100% wouldn’t use anyone else in Bucks if I were you). He cares and has followed up with me and genuinely cares about you getting on the right track and will help you to get your life back on track. I can’t say he will definitely get you off for things you may or may not have done, but I will say he is one of the best attorneys that money can buy in this area. I definitely don’t want to need him again, but I would 100% use him again if I needed and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

I was pulled over for inspection stickers (supposedly the officer could tell they were fake passing me at 50 mph).. At the time my license was suspended for DUI. The ticket carries 90 days in jail, somewhere around 600 fine and 1 year added to suspension time. At this point it was close to 5 years si...nce I'd had a license. I was referred to Mr Parlow and was told he was THE BEST attorney for this type of problem. We sat down, went over the case and i felt confident in his abilities right away. On the day we went to court, we never even walked into the courtroom. He worked it out with the officer and the ticket was dropped to a lesser violation which carried only a fine and penndot would not be notified. He informed me that even though i was still serving suspension time i was eligible to get my license back pretty much immediately. That was end of August.. We're in October now and..Today I FINALLY have my license back thanks to Mr. Parlow.
