Michael Kevin Parlow

I was facing jail time for driving a vehicle without an interlock device when I was supposed to be driving a vehicle that had the device. Long story short, my car that had the device was suddenly broken down & I had to borrow a friends car to pick up my son because I received an unexpected call that ...his mother was in the hospital & my son would have been stranded had I not gone to get him. My friend was working at the time & could not drive me himself. I cannot say how stressed out I was throughout this whole ordeal, as jail time would have meant i would have lost my job after i just received a huge promotion. Michael was a calming voice throughout this process, even though the ADA was making me out to be a criminal. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, as Michael was able to have the major charges dropped at trial & i was able to plead guilty to a disorderly conduct offense with no fines!! Michael wanted to go to trial as he truly believed that we would get the entire case thrown out, but i was ok with the disorderly conduct and chose that route. Michael was tenacious at the prelim hearing, and i watched as he represented other clients while i was awaiting my turn in court, and i couldnt help but believe that he would have delivered had i chosen to go to trial. Either way, i am beyond happy that i chose Michael to represent me and now myself & my family can breathe easy knowing we made the right choice. I would recommend Michael to anyone in need of representation without any hesitation

My son was fausely accused of a crime that he did not commit. We talked with the officers and dectectives because he had nothing to hide. But he was never officially cleared of the crime and finally it was time to get legal representation. I spoke with Mr. Parlow, who came highly recommended from ...multiple people. He spent a lot of time listening to the charges and situation. Mr. Parlow called over to the police department and spoke with the dectective and called me back within minutes. Told me he would follow the case and get me updates, telling me from the beginning there should be no case against my son. He stated I needed to be patient while they go through the process. It was a long process, but Mr. Parlow was there along the way and letting me know it will go away as they keep digging. He was 100% right the whole way. But as a parent it's tough to live through. Thanks to Mr. Parlow's representation before a Bucks County jury, I was found not guilty of all charges stemming from pointing a gun at an overly aggressive man approaching me in a parking lot. Mr. Parlow argued that I presented my gun in self-defense and that I was simply protecting my family and h...ad a permit to carry the weapon. However an unscrupulous Assistant DA made Mr Parlow's task much more difficult and frightening by twisting and even blatantly mis-stating facts in an effort to win at all costs. As we walked out of the courtroom I overhead the DA sheepishly tell Michael "I've never been able to beat you." Had I not been acquitted of all charges, I would have lost my career and my family placed in severe hardship. Thank you Michael for passionately performing your job so well !!
