Michael Kevin Parlow

The title is what Michael said to me after we walked out of court. I was arrested in March, 2020, and charged with a DUI. I had two DUI's over ten years before that and no record since, but I was still facing at least a little bit of jail time and and a year and a half license suspension among other ...things. Michael was very helpful with explaining everything every step of the way, almost always answered the phone and responded very quickly if he could not. He was very diligent in examination at the preliminary hearing and with discovery which he provided me as well for my input, and ultimately he was able to get the DUI charge dropped and replaced with minor summary charges. It was a huge relief walking out of the courtroom with him that day; I'd recommend Michael Parlow to anyone who feels the pressure these situations bring with them.

For someone that made the 1st biggest mistake of her life he sure did a great job to keep me calm throughout the entire thing. He assured med things would be find and always explained everything to me in detail. He was always available when I needed him and made sure I understood everything. My husba...nd used him a few years back and hus job was so good we knew who to reach out to again. I would recommend him to any of my friends and relatives and use him again (hoping in different circumstances) Need a lawyer reach out to Parlow!!!!

To start this story Mr. Parlow and I went through my two misdemeanors over the course of a two year period. My first Misdemeanor was handled just through the court and they put me into a CAP Program. A couple days before I was about to hand in the volunteer hours and paperwork, I was stopped at a DUI... check point and ticketed again. This is when I hired Mr. Parlow. I had always heard he was a good lawyer from local parents and I do not regret my decision in the slightest. From that day he has provided me with every resource I needed to get the charges expunged. He got me enrolled in a 6 month DCDP Program which allowed for the second case to be expunged. We have been patiently waiting to schedule a court date, due to Covid-19. The entire time I was receiving updates through letters and calls from Mr. Parlow and his amazing office staff. As we waited for the courts to make their decision, Mr. Parlow stuck to every word and kept things very optimistic, as well as answering every question a 19, 20, and 21 year old has about the legal system and his case. He called me with the courts final decision and date. As many people are as well, I am not made of money, Mr. Parlow was willing to work with me and my financial situation, never hurts to ask. Cannot recommend him enough, definitely a master of his craft.

Hardest call I ever made was calling the police on one of my kids. Unfortunately, that child used my words against me and I quickly found CPS (Child Protective Services) and detectives looking at me as a criminal. I had to stay at a hotel while CPS did their investigation. The best call I ever made w...as calling Michael Parlow, who was recommended, interestingly enough, by one of my older kids. Parlow was amazing and was available any time/day for me. I have never been so scared while the DA reviewed the case the detectives built. I thought I was about to lose everything, my house, my job, my family, my freedom. Parlow calmed me down and was perfect. Through Parlow's hard work the case was unfounded by detectives and CPS and I was able to move back into my home. Parlow helped me realize a disbelief I had... I thought when you don't answer police/detectives questions and say "I want my lawyer" it was an admission of guilt. But it's not, it is the best way you can protect yourself. GET A LAWYER RIGHT AWAY. When I called and talked with the detectives my sole intent was that I was helping my kid realize the crime they committed and to get them the help they needed. But during the initial questions they asked me, I answered everything thinking I was helping. All I was doing was hurting myself. I totally forgot there are several ways to look at things and the detectives took what I was saying as incriminating. PARLOW SAVED ME! He held me understand how the process works and how "they" think and operate. You'll find no better lawyer than Michael Parlow.
