Michael Kevin Parlow

I was pulled over by a state cop while i was traveling on route i95 north. The copped pulled me over saying that i was following too closely and as he approached my car he says he smells a strong odor of marijuana. He asked me to get out the car, asked me a series of questions until i told him there ...were drugs in the car. He arrested me and charged me with several charges. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the intent to deliver, manufacturing drugs, drug paraphernalia and so on. While i was in the bucks county jail i over heard a gentleman talking about Mr Parlow and how Mr Parlow is currently the attorney on his case. I asked him was Michael Parlow a good lawyer and he said yes. He also told me about a friend of his that had charges dropped after Mr Parlow represented him on a major drug case. Once i was bailed out i looked on google to find Mr Parlow, called his office and set up an appointment. The next day i was in his office meeting him in person and we started discussing my case and what are the steps we need to move forward. Once he felt like i had a good chance of winning my case we then talked about how much it would be for him to represent me. He kept me informed, he made sure i understood everything that can happen, he stayed in touch with me though the whole case, from the preliminary hearing all the way to trial. He allowed me to make my own decisions but he also made me feel like he was fighting this case as is he was the defendant, and that there let me know i could trust him. When i had a chance to take the deal he looked at me with confidence and said i know i can win this. He went far and wide to get the dash cam video from the police officer. He gathered research from similar cases. He did everything he was supposed to do in order to let it be known that even though i did have illegal drugs on me, i was wrongfully stopped by that officer. I never felt left out or in the dark about anything because he made sure he mailed me every piece of paperwork pertaining my case,he made sure i understood everything in the paperwork and made sure we had meetings before and after every court date just to make sure i was OK and understand what was about to happen next. Once he seen from watching the video repeatedly that i was wrongfully stopped he knew there was no case against me so he filed he motions and got my charges dropped. I highly recommend Mr Parlow and his team. I was looking at a year license suspension, jail time and a DUI on my record, which would not be great for my career or life. Mr Parlow was able to get me ARD which was first denied to me due to the circumstances of my DUI, but he did not quit and resend in ...the request for me to get ARD. He is so good that he was able to get me ARD, which my record will be expunged once I finish the program! He was also able to get my blood level knocked off which allowed me to keep my license and drive from the court house! I am one of the lucky ones, with a huge lesson learned and some $$$fines. I'll take that over everything else I thought was going to happen. He is truly passionate about his career and he works hard to get his clients the best he can! Him and his staff made me feel important and not like a criminal which I felt like with being in trouble with the law! I will forever be grateful for him and his team! Yesterday was like my 10th court case in front of my 5th judge , which I been going through for the last 2 years . I started off with 3 felonies & a couple misdemeanors. Aggervated assault & a gun charge just to name a few . The DA offered me a 18 Month deal if I plead guilty , we obviously declined... & mike took it from there . Over the next 2 years my case would continuously be dismissed , over and over again , each court case my charges were getting smaller & smaller . In November 2014 I was looking at a good amount of Time in jail , as of yesterday August 9 2016 I am officially charge free , my last Court case I had no felonies on the docket anymore & I was just fighting a small marijuana charge . Michael was also able to get that dismissed for what it seems the be the last time. DA's & the common wealth of Pennsylvania are nothing to play with , If it wasn't for Mr. Parlow I probably be sitting in jail right now . #BestinPA
