I recently was arrested for a drug related DUI along with some other disorderly conduct charges. It was my second DUI just outside of 10yrs and this one wasn't looking good for me. In PA a first offense drug related DUI is a license suspension of 1 year along with some possible jail time. I was ab...solutely guilty and was terrified of what was going to happen. My daughter and I were threatened with false charges of child endangerment due to a disagreement between 2 adults and a personal dislike of my daughter. Got in an issue on NJ PA border in a dui sweep was kinda borderline of states. Officer lied about alot of stuff messed up there was camera evidence I was not not impaired at time of arrest. Officer didn’t follow sequences correctly. Also didn’t follow timeline in issuing tickets and other things. C...ase was taken care of by MrParlow I was glad I hired him. I was glad I spent the money on his defense. His knowledge of law and practice and execution skills at trail were superb. He’s got your back in a fight and if he doesn’t think you have a case he shoots straight and tells you. I must say I support law enforcement but sometimes officers need more training.
