Michael Kevin Parlow

I've met with a handful attorneys for consultations and Michael Parlow absolutely stood out. Michael Parlow was the only attorney who said that losing my license could be prevented. Upon our meeting, he was honest, polite and compassionate. He did a great job of guiding me through the difficult proce...ss and always answered my calls and set up extra meeting with me whenever I had any questions or worries. It was an extremely confusing and taxing process and I couldn't have done it without the help of Michael Parlow. At the end he was able to have the DA take the license suspension off my case/sentence, which was of most importance to me. Mr. Parlow helped me out previously on a DUI I had gotten before I started nursing school, and helped me get it expunged. During break from school, I was pulled over after working at the bar and having only 2 drinks and was arrested for a DUI by a state trooper after apparently failing a sobriety tes...t due to nervousness. I was hysterical and called his office over the weekend. Mr. Parlow got back to me the next morning, on a weekend, and immediately started working on my case. I was in jeopardy of not being able to finish nursing school or get my license. We were able to contact each other discreetly with no direct mail coming to my house as I lived with my family and I did not disclose my legal trouble the second time around. Thankfully, he was able to speak to the state trooper on the day of my prelim hearing, and was able to drop it down to a speeding ticket with no points. Mr. Parlow and his team saved my personal life and my future career, as an RN, not only once but TWICE. I will forever be grateful and thankful to Mr. Parlow and his team.

I was all worked up when I got caught driving on a DUI suspended license, because I didn't know at the time that I was gambling with possible jail time. I contacted Mike, after being referred by my DUI lawyer, and Mike put me at ease. He oozes confidence in and out of the courtroom, and his tactics w...ork... at least for me, in this particular case. He definitely prefers to be paid upfront, before seeing a courtroom, which is understandable. I was unemployed at this time, and I was going through some very rough times financially. Mike found a way to make it work, and that really meant a lot to me. He charged a very reasonable fee, and again, he worked with me a lot, despite being a pain in his ass! at the end of the day, he had the case thrown out, because the officer that pulled me over didn't show up on time. Mike had made a mental note of this, and asked the judge to get the traffic citation out of the way first. the judge obliged, looked at the clock, and then threw it out. Mike then turned around and told me to get the heck out of there asap. if he hadn't, and that cop showed up, the judge would have had every right to overrule (or whatever the proper term is) the case and proceed with the hearing. now THAT, my friends, is the epitome of thinking on your feet, and working with what you have at hand. best money I ever spent! hopefully I won't be putting any more in his pocket, but I'll keep his number handy, just in case I drop the ball and screw up again.
