Trouble With Sister
Michael did a great job on my case.Had all my charges dropped down to just paying two small misdemeanor tickets. He is also a nice guy who I would recommend to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Excellent Attorney!
I've met with a handful attorneys for consultations and Michael Parlow absolutely stood out. Michael Parlow was the only attorney who said that losing my license could be prevented. Upon our meeting, he was honest, polite and compassionate. He did a great job of guiding me through the difficult proce...

Works Hard and Does the Best
I was pulled over for my second offense with a school bus. I hired Mike, and he was able to work through the investigation with me. When we arrived at Court, Mike was able to reduce the plea. He worked tirelessly for me and was very personable, and understanding of my circumstances.

Lifesaver from a future RN
Mr. Parlow helped me out previously on a DUI I had gotten before I started nursing school, and helped me get it expunged. During break from school, I was pulled over after working at the bar and having only 2 drinks and was arrested for a DUI by a state trooper after apparently failing a sobriety tes...

Driving while DUI suspended.
I was all worked up when I got caught driving on a DUI suspended license, because I didn't know at the time that I was gambling with possible jail time. I contacted Mike, after being referred by my DUI lawyer, and Mike put me at ease. He oozes confidence in and out of the courtroom, and his tactics w...

Mistrial. Prosecutor withdrew all rape and related offenders
the trial judge as well as the Superior Court agreed with my motion to suppress that the police violated my clients constitutional rights and suppressed the evidence from use at trial and now there is no evidence left against my client.
Court suppressed the evidence and found that the police violated clients constitutional rights. The DA appealed and after arguing to both the Superior and Supreme Courts Mr. Acosta's case was completely dismissed and he served not one day in jail.
Court suppressed the evidence(firearms) as the warrant to search the home was illegally obtained.
Prosecutor conceeded the consent to the chemical test in a felony DUI case was illegally obtained after litigation of the motion before the trial judge.
Prosecutor reviewed motion to suppress over TEN POUNDS OF DRUGS and agreed the felony distribution charge should be dismissed and only a traffic ticket would be issued.
