Michael Kevin Parlow

I have used Mr. Parlow in 2 separate criminal cases. The first was a felony drug charge of possession with intent to deliver on multiple different types of drugs. Parlow got me the minimum sentence possible and did the same thing with my second case, my second dui. I couldn’t be happier with my choic...e to hire him as my attorney. I was facing a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana and a seperate charge for a DUI for marijuana and he got the DUI dismissed and we got the possesion dropped to a disorderly conduct. The hearing for the DUI was fabulous, Mr. Parlow was very professional in disagreeing with the office...r and shut him down in a very professional manner explaining to the judge basically I was being charged with DUI all based on the officers opinion because I refused to give a blood test the officer had to prove the marijuana made it so i could not operate a vehicle in a safe manner and Mr. Parlow disproved this very efficiently. I got every penny I spent back that day, hiring this lawyer was one of the best decisions I have made.

I had two cases (they happened a few months apart), one involving marijuana, and one involving fraud. Michael accomplished just what he said he would, and I am very fortunate and grateful. For the marijuana charge, I was put on six months probation. I was given ARD for the fraud charge, and both c...harges will be expunged within six months.
