I've met with a handful attorneys for consultations and Michael Parlow absolutely stood out. Michael Parlow was the only attorney who said that losing my license could be prevented. I have had two separate experiences working with Michael Parlow. Both experiences were extremely pleasant and absolutely exceeded my expectations. From our very first meeting he assured me that we would be able to receive A.R.D and expunge the charges in the future. I was young and scared and he was there to guide me the entire process with ease. Years later I found myself facing a second DUI charge which was not only a violation of the A.R.D, but also put me at risk of losing my license and possible jail time. I may have been a few years older since the first DUI, however I was much more scared than before. I knew that Michael Parlow was the only person to call. Upon meeting with Michael, I was greeted with a big smile, and never once judged for my mishap. We caught up at first and then immediately went to work. We discussed every detail of the night of the incident, and all possible outcomes and approaches we could take. From the very beginning he believed in me, and believed that the charges brought upon me were unjust and at the very least we would be able to lessen the charges and possibly even have the case dismissed. He assured me that the aspects of the case that I was worried about were not great enough to hold the charges. We met once more before our court date so he could explain exactly how the day would go. This was my first time going to trial, and I was extremely nervous. Michael was able to put my mind at ease and reassured me that I had a strong case and did not have much to worry about. When it came time for our case to be heard, Michael Parlow fought hard and diligently. We were able to have the charges completely dismissed. I may not know any other lawyers, however I do know that Michael Parlow cares for his clients and will fight assiduously for them. Michael Parlow was recommended to me by a friend. I made a very bad decision to engage in "social drinking" with some co-workers after the work day. While I did not have "allot"' to drink, my alcohol level was still higher than it should have been. I left my friends and was soon was charged with a D...UI. I was totally scared, worried, upset and had no idea what I was going to do. I worried how this would affect my life and career. I met with Mr. Parlow and he explained in detail to me what to expect and how he would handle my case. Mr. Parlow assured me that he would work with me and for me to trust him; and I did. I truly do not think I could have faced the court hearings without his supporting me. Mr. Parlow was able to get the court to accept me into the ARD Program for which I am extremely thankful. This required his expertise as I had previously been in the ARD Program greater than 12 years prior. Without Mr. Parlow's wisdom and knowledge, I feel as though I would not have had the good outcome that I did. I would highly recommend Mr. Parlow to anyone with any legal problems. Michael Parlow has represented me several times in the past 10 years. His knowledge of the drug laws and DUI laws are superior. I was arrested for a DUI, when I was involved in a car accident due a medical condition. The police found a glass "bowl" in the car, so immediately I was charged with a DUI.... Mr. Parlow's persistence and sharp acumen had 13 of the 14 charges dismissed and ultimately got me the results I needed as a business professional. The DUI, along with all the traffic citations were dismissed, and I was able to get a 6 month probation in lieu of heavier penalties in Pennsylvania, in Bucks and Montgomery Counties in particular, where the marijuana laws are severe for possession of marijuana and of "paraphernalia".
