Michael Kevin Parlow

Mr. parlow was a big help. My 1st charge was possession and possession with drug paraphernalia. He got me on ard but I ended up getting in trouble. the 2nd arrest I got was possession with intent n couple misdemeanor charges. Mr parlow got me into a youthful defender program which would drop my felon...y down to a misdemeanor. The program was called Diakon n it was for young adult ages 18-24. After I got accept in the program n before we left for the program I ended up getting a dui. I really should of had to have serve jail time n had my license suspended. But no tht didn’t happen. Mr parlow did his thing and kept me in the youthful offender program. Which I completed. He got my dui dropped to driving impaired. He was able to get all the cases put on to one case. Which is a great thing for my future for a job opportunity. Now I’m serving 9-15 months of probation which is was better then being in jail.

I have used Mr. Parlow in 2 separate criminal cases. The first was a felony drug charge of possession with intent to deliver on multiple different types of drugs. Parlow got me the minimum sentence possible and did the same thing with my second case, my second dui. I couldn’t be happier with my choic...e to hire him as my attorney. Going through major financial strain, divorce, job loss, a dear friend with cancer, life was plain frightening. Worried about how I was going to support my children after job loss and a major life catastrophe with a best friend with cancer I tried to keep going. I was facing a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana and a seperate charge for a DUI for marijuana and he got the DUI dismissed and we got the possesion dropped to a disorderly conduct. The hearing for the DUI was fabulous, Mr. Parlow was very professional in disagreeing with the office...r and shut him down in a very professional manner explaining to the judge basically I was being charged with DUI all based on the officers opinion because I refused to give a blood test the officer had to prove the marijuana made it so i could not operate a vehicle in a safe manner and Mr. Parlow disproved this very efficiently.
