I recently was arrested for a drug related DUI along with some other disorderly conduct charges. It was my second DUI just outside of 10yrs and this one wasn't looking good for me. I had a bad day and guzzled a few drinks to try and cheer myself up at a public event. Completely blacked out, and as that's far from the norm for me, there were a lot of laughs among my friends the next day. 10 days later I was contacted by police and questioned about 3 possible assaults I was accus...ed to have committed. No one had confronted me at the time, but people apparently came forward later. Only 3rd party witnesses were my friends who did not see what was alleged.
