Had a pfa on wife for hitting and abusive behavior. At the hearing the judge allowed her back home but granted final pfa.

You can file a Petition for Exclusive possession. The are not easy to win but it may work

Most counties will not allow you to file anything for as long as you are represented.

I do handle traffic tickets in remote counties in PA but in may be better to find someone locally as I will be charging for time and driving.

You cannot sue him but she can file for contempt since its in the divorce agreement that was hopefully incorporated into the divorce decree
