Mr. Sutton isn't very professional. He did not remember meeting me, soent alot of time convincing me that he 's "a good guy". He was helping me to settle my mother's estate . In his letter to,me abouy the deed to my mother's house, he got the adress wrong and stated my adress as the adress on the de...ed. This may have been a clerical error, but he needs to proof read his letters before adding his signature. This begs to question how many other mistakes were made. When he didn't remember having met me, it sent ip some "red flags" but I hired him anyway. When I brought this to his attention, he said, "I meet alot of people". I guess I'm not memorable. Once I calked him and he said, "now is not a good time to talk". Later when he called me back he said he was babysitting his grandson and was tired so he had to "take a nap". I waitef all day for his return call while he was napping!
