Takes the reins and gets the job done
I was introduced to Alan about 18 months into an original case. He picked up my case, introduced himself and did a fantastic job of resolving it. I loved that I could contact him directly and get and answer. There was not a time when he wasn't able to respond to my inquiries. I would hire him again...
