In the same position I was b4 hiring
All about $$ and NO work. Not prepared @court and answers legal questions with, "I don't know!" He even went to court and turned to the witnesses and told them to write the questions we wanted to be asked when they get in the stand!!!!! I've NEVER met someone so incompetent in my life!!! beware of this attorney
Gelb does not like to do paperwork pleadings ,petitions. His presents in the court is very minimal he does not prep. He is willing to show up in court at the drop of a hat so he can charge you. If you need a minimal lawyer that will charge you whatever he feels like gelb is your guy.
