Alan Jay Gelb

From the first meeting with alan i got a very good feeling about his experience as a lawyer. i had both a criminal and a civil case (two separate times). He treated me as his brother in letting me know what he could do for me, he was a straight shooter telling me both worst and best case scenarios i...n both cases. In court he was very smooth in letting the DA and judge know his objections and why. In the criminal case he got my charges lowered,and in the civil case, even though i had limited tort insurance, he got us a substantial out of court settlement. In the civil case i didnt even have to appear in court to fight with the insurance company. I would recommend Alan anytime to be on your side in the courtroom. Icouldnt have asked for a better lawyer. I will also be using him for personal needs in the near future as he will be drawing up my will.
