Wins - Knows the Law, the local judges and Pols, Do I need to say more?

Took my case after another lawyer said "there was no chance to win, so he wouldn't take the case". Weinberg and his partner, won my case with the state and then he Got me Social insurance can't work pay. This guy really seemed interested in me and my family. He worked hard and we got paid.

Attorney, missing in action

I have the misfortune of having 4 different cases. 1 was a discrimination case with an employer and was settled in mediation for an amount that was far from fair and should have gone to Federal Court but that was not Marc Weinberg"s decision and I did not understand that at the time, so I did not und...erstand that I was poorly represented as my options were not explained to me by my own attorney. Since I was niave I was pushed into a personal injury suit by Marc Weinberg as I was still recuperating from injuries sustained in an auto accident from 2010, an accident I was found at fault in so I did not think I could sue for personal injury. My injuries were serious and life changes that will effect me for the rest of my life. I was not at fault as the other driver cut me out so bad that I could not stop in time and hit her. The most important fact here is I never consented or signed contract to pursue this matter. Many months later I received notice from Marc Weinberg's office that I was to appear for mediation regarding the 2010 aut accident. Their had never been any contact regarding this at all until this mediation letter. Since I had no knowledge of this independent decision by Mar. Weinberg I had signed consent papers for him to represent me in another case against Allstate for non-payment of medical claims in another auto accident in July 2013 which was clearly not my fault and the other driver was found at fault. I sustained irrevsable neck injuries causing pain, spasm and numbness of my right arm from the elbow down. This very simple case just resolved a few weeks ago in arbitration and I still do not even know how much money and to what providers of care have received. Due to unpaid medical bills I now have 3 collection agencies and my credit has gone from 852 to 570. When I was able to get in contact t with Marc, which was pure hell as he may call you back weeks later after I would have to threaten him with ending our relationship and reporting negligence, and he would always tell me that he was handling things with Allstate and with the health care providers, he clearly did not. The final straw was that after numerous continuances', and the first court appearance was set for almost a year after the case was filed, Marc made an independent decision go arbitration with Allstate without my presence. He never even informed me that arbitration had been set up. WTF! Now I can't get a hold of him since I expressed my displeasure with his independent decision and that I am owed a significant amount of money from Allstate as initially I was trying not to end up in collections until I just could not afford it as I am on disability now. He acted surprised that I paid some of the bills which to me means he dies not have money for my expenses. So now he is missing in action. I have emailed him and left 2 messages at his office and , what a surprise, no return call. I still have 1 case I f discrimination among other things against the Philadelphia Veterans Medical Center. The internal investigation has been complete and was in a timely matter because the VA was in control but since I have decided to move forward to EEOC and Federal Court it"s been the same games that Marc Weinberg is notorious for. It is important to note that I was misinformed that Marc specialized in employment law and I definitely mentioned this to him on more then 1 occasion and he leg me continue under these false pretenses.
