Marc Alan Weinberg

I have know Marc for over 10 years. He is an excellent attorney. Although I have read in previous comments he is non caring, hard to get in touch with, a snake in the grass, etc. I totally disagree. How many attorney's give out their personal cell phone numbers? How many attorney's call their cl...ients back on Sunday evenings? How many attorney's have Sunday or Saturday or in home appointments? I don't think there are many out there. In any business you have to take the good with the bad and in Marc Weinberg's case the good far out weighs the bad. His office staff, although very busy, are always willing to help. If they cannot help they will do their best to get the proper answers needed. I have not found anyone who is more caring than Marc. He is also an excellent advocate for children and especially those with special needs. I would recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact I have recommended him to at least 5 of my friends.

I have been a client of Marc Weinberg's for over 15 years regarding many different legal matters. I have never experienced any of the problems noted in these other reviews. Maybe I am just a little more sympathetic to busy people as I am a professional myself. I have always been able to speak to M...arc's office staff if I was unable to reach him. His staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the law. As far as cell phones being full. I don't know of any attorneys who give out their cell phone numbers to clients. Although Marc may be hard to get a hold of sometimes, ask for his assistant and she will be glad to help you. If either of these people leaving comments had ever seen Marc in a courtroom I think they would have nothing but applause for his amazing skills and likable personality

I ditto the comments of the prevous reviewer. My accident was 7 years ago. We just settled two months ago. This was not because of the complexity of my case but because the insurance company was demandng acton on his part else they were going to drop the case. it has been a NGHTMARE dealing with Marc... and his staff. I still have not received my check from the nsurance company. Everyone refuses to get on the phone. Forget about leaving a message on cell phones or office phones. Every mailbox is full therefore you can't leave a message ever. I finally got his emal address and now I can at least put things in writing regarding my complaints that have been unanswered. But I still do not have my case resolved after 7 full years. RUN for your lives. The stress and aggravation caused by Marc can far outweigh any pain or suffering you could have experienced as a result of an accident. I wish I would have known before now that I could have fired him.

Let me save you some pain. This guy is the "used car dealer " of lawyers! He makes appointments and does not show up, this has happened 4 times ( I was not the only one waiting). I know he does not care that the people who pay his bills are waiting for over an hour in the car with their kids and he ...does not even have the descency to call and when you call his office the next day you can't get his sect., she is always away from desk, she does not appologize she will just makes up a lie like " he was in a deposition or court or had to take his kid to baseball practice in november and at 8:00 at night. I would have belived her more if she said he was doing coke and cheating on his wife and just didn't feel like dealing with disabled people. This was draged on for over a year. i was refered to this snake in the grass and did not check him out hopefully you are smarter then me(look up the case of him and his partner dealing with fraud, i could not understand all the legal stuff but did not look good.) Have patience with his special needs staff because they are doing the best they can but it is still frustrating when you cant get anything done. i have since went to a real lawyer and what a differance a real professional makes.Good Luck to you.
