Experienced Real Estate, Commercial and Municipal Litigator and Past Bar Association PresidentCommercial litigator, experienced in the tough cases.Real estate litigation and transactions, requiring an experienced perspective.Representation of both citizens and governing bodies with an experienced approach.
My practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation as well as municipal litigation. Representative matters include partnership and business disputes, as well as complicated family litigation. Commercial litigation matters includes the representation of clients in contract and warranty disputes, large collection matters, disputes under UCC-Sales, construction disputes, mechanics’ liens, Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act claims and unfair trade practice claims. My real estate litigation practice includes the defense of title claims, agreement of sale litigation, adverse possession, storm water, easement and boundary disputes, quiet title, reformation, partition and eminent domain. Municipal matters include home rule law as well as municipal and zoning litigation, including representation of protestants against local zoning or land development activity and matters involving the Sunshine Law and the Right to Know Law.
With over 20 years of experience, I also understand the necessity of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), its benefits and drawbacks.
I take an aggressive but thoughtful approach to the handling of all of my cases and work closely with my clients to achieve their goals.
