From the very beginning of my case with my children, Linda Walter's was my boyfriends attorney for our son! Since day 1 she came in fierce and handled business, I was a drug addiction at the time and she encouraged me to get on my feet even though it wasn't easy, and shared apart of her own life stor...y with me that actually helped me on my road to recovery, on my last court hearing I was trying to find the words to thank Ms. Linda Walter's for the way she faught so strongly, determined and reassuringly for our son, and trying to find the words to say brought me to tears because she was just so amazing and there was absolutely no words good enough to describe how on point, take no crap, and not let the courts get over on my boyfriend kind of approach this amazing woman and attorney took when it came to our son because she knew a child having their parent is the most important thing in the world, if I would of had the money, I would have paid her to also be my attorney, she knows her stuff and despite any negativity from other people at court, she didn't let it boss her around or take her attention from the goal at hand, she absolutely 100% handled our case better then any lawyer I've ever come across and was involved the entire 3 year length, didn't miss not one hearing. Linda if you see this just know I absolutely love you and I thank God you are here to make a difference, don't ever quit what you are doing, you made a major impact in my life and never stopped fighting, always be who you are! My experience with Linda was absolutely wonderful. She did an excellent job guiding me through the process of separation/divorce and made sure to call out important "watch outs" and topics that needed extra attention/scrutiny in the settlement. A Review on Linda G. Walters. To make a very long story short in 2005 or 2006. I paid to Stacy E. Schwarz, Esq., $500 for an initial interview for a child support case. A case in which I only needed representation on a matter I managed to pro-se have remanded. Stacy said she was too expensive and... I couldn't afford her, but she could refer me to a good attorney, Linda Walters. I asked if she was reputable and dependable and Stacy assured me she was. The minimum retainer fee was $2,500 for representation. I paid Stacy an additional $2,500 fees for which she said she would forward the monies to Linda G. Walters to represent me in my family law matter. Needless to say, all I wanted was represenation at the remand hearing. All I know is that I paid $2,500 for representation and Linda did not represent me nor did she return ANY of my money. She ignored at least a dozen of my phone calls. I did not even get a dime back. Also, in order to get my file back from Linda I had to drive to a Staples in tinbucktwo and retrieve my unsecured totally exposed documentation without even being asked for ID from a stranger behind a Staples counter. Anyway I am out $2,500 and to this date Linda refused to even meet with me. Til this day I have no idea what she even looks like. Also, prior to my hearing I had to go to the court and file my own brief, literally. When I mentioned this to Stacy she started to ramble on about the disciplinary action against Linda and said a few other things. I was furious that she withheld this information. I looked on the disciplinary site and sure enough it was true. I sent her a certified letter and asked for my money back to no avail. Linda is clearly nothing less than a CROOK. The most unethical individual I have EVER come across.

I was referred to linda walters by a legal service online. I paid her 1500 for a divorce from my abusive husband. She told me she filed the papers. I kept calling her that I was not receiving anything in the mail. I rarely got calls returned but when I did, she assured me the documents had been filed... with the court. After 5 months, I get a call from her that she was mistaken. She THOUGHT she had filed the papers but in actuality, never filed them with the court. So not only did I miss out on those 5 months of retroactive child support but she wouldn't give me any money back. I repeatedly called her and emailed her after that asking for my money back since she had never done anything and she ignored all contact. She is absolutely NOT someone to trust with your money or your personal matters.

My attorney, Linda, helped me through the most difficult time of my life. She was so very competent and professional. I do not know what I would have done without her. She helped me retain custody of my children and get me divorced with enough alimony and child support in order to start my life over.... I highly recommend her!
