Linda G. Walters

My daughter and I met with Linda at her office and explained our situation to her, she guided us with advise and helped us gain custody of my one of my grandchildren which was desperately need to be done asp. When it was time to be present in front of a Masters, the Masters told us that "We have a go...od lawyer, she knows what she doing"! When a Masters talks highly of a lawyer ,you know your case is in good hands although my daughter and I already were confident in choosing her because she understood our concerns and kept tabs with us in the whole ordeal! We are planning to have her represent us again in another case!

A Review on Linda G. Walters. To make a very long story short in 2005 or 2006. I paid to Stacy E. Schwarz, Esq., $500 for an initial interview for a child support case. A case in which I only needed representation on a matter I managed to pro-se have remanded. Stacy said she was too expensive and... I couldn't afford her, but she could refer me to a good attorney, Linda Walters. I asked if she was reputable and dependable and Stacy assured me she was. The minimum retainer fee was $2,500 for representation. I paid Stacy an additional $2,500 fees for which she said she would forward the monies to Linda G. Walters to represent me in my family law matter. Needless to say, all I wanted was represenation at the remand hearing. All I know is that I paid $2,500 for representation and Linda did not represent me nor did she return ANY of my money. She ignored at least a dozen of my phone calls. I did not even get a dime back. Also, in order to get my file back from Linda I had to drive to a Staples in tinbucktwo and retrieve my unsecured totally exposed documentation without even being asked for ID from a stranger behind a Staples counter. Anyway I am out $2,500 and to this date Linda refused to even meet with me. Til this day I have no idea what she even looks like. Also, prior to my hearing I had to go to the court and file my own brief, literally. When I mentioned this to Stacy she started to ramble on about the disciplinary action against Linda and said a few other things. I was furious that she withheld this information. I looked on the disciplinary site and sure enough it was true. I sent her a certified letter and asked for my money back to no avail. Linda is clearly nothing less than a CROOK. The most unethical individual I have EVER come across.

Linda entered my child support case after former attorney was conflicted out of my case. She has tried diligently to work with the opposing counsel, to no avail. She is compassionate and does not try to make deals that would not be in my best interests. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. ... My only criticism is that she may be over extended and her personality is not one that will get into shouting matches with an aggressive opponent. I do think the Judge in my case respects her.
