BEST LAW FIRM

Andrew handled my case very well and professionally! He answered any questions and did not leave me in the dark at all. The whole law firm is excellent and very knowledgeable! I would def recommend this firm to anyone with employment issues!

PUA unemployment case

I had my hearing today for my PUA unemployment case and Mr. Andrew Olcese's represented me. He was amazing! His tone on our hearing was on point, respectful, attentive and had an great closing statement towards the end of our hearing. He has given me specific details on what to expect and on what to ...do moving forward. Also, he has shown interest in my case and it shows that he knows what he is doing!

Best I could've asked for, dudes the best

I had a complicated departure from my previous employer. A lot of attorneys wouldn't even take my case because it wasn't an easy win for them, and the ones that would wanted an arm and a leg to do it. What I paid was reasonable, and he was amazing. He won my case and I will definitely be using him ag...ain if I ever need someone.

Great communication and ready to fight for you

I had been hired by an organization who inexplicably pushed back my start date and would not give me a reason. I wanted to know what was going on as I was now unemployed due to the promise of a job, and the organization was stonewalling me despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Although I had ...originally been in contact with one of his colleagues, Andrew was the one who represented me when we finally met face to face with the organization. He was straightforward from the beginning: listening to my complaint, asking about the outcome I wanted, and outlining both the worst and best case scenarios. He praised what I had done on my own, but I feel I would not have been able to have as positive an overall outcome without his help. He was also available to answer my questions and take care of complications after an agreement was reached. If you want a fighter on your side Andrew is the one!

Professional, attention to detail. Winner!
