Michael Joseph Viscuso

Michael represented my husband and me when we were faced with the threat of a very nasty Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPP) suit from a nuisance bar in our neighborhood in Center City. The issue required Michael to understand the complex relationships and responsibilities of ma...ny state and city agencies. (We paid for a year of representation over three months, which helped us maintain our budget.)
