Excellent experience

I was very impressed with Samuel's responsiveness and honesty. He stood to his word until the end of the deal. I, on my own will decided to pay more than I was quoted after seeing all the work that was done. He goes the extra mile and we are in contact on any legal matters.

A Strong Advocate

Mr. Ben Samuel was tenacious, passionate and spot on. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was a major factor in keeping the realtors honest. Samuel wrote a very complicated contract in a short period of time. He understood the depth of the issues and was able to put in on paper in a final draft immediately. He was great.
