A taxi driver was stopped for two violations, 1) Not stopping for a clearly posted stop sign , 3323 and 2) Seat Belt violations , 4581. My client missed his original court date and had a default judgme ... nt entered against him. We appealed it and, Thank G-d, we were able to knock off the 4581 and reduced the 3323 to peanuts and 0 points, which was very important to him because , in his profession, he must have a clean driving record.
