I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Byrne several years ago. He is without a doubt the best lawyer to ever represent me. My case was a child custody issue. The child's mother used our child as a pawn to gain control. Harry presented a wonderful case and was much more knowledgeable than the apposing attorney. In the end a custody agreement was established 50/50 custody agreement and her mother was primary. and after a year the agreement was changed with myself as the primary. Still 50/50 in the agreement although it was more like 90/10. Yes the cost is high, but look at the results! I paid 375 an hour and my wife did the paperwork to cut down on fees. In fact she did so well he offered her a job when we finished, but she turned it down. If your worried about costs let me ask you a question, what's more important money or your child. Fight for your child the best way you can. If your partner isn't on board, maybe it's time to move on. Your child is your number one responsibility, My wife knew this and backed me 100%. That is why my child ended up living with us and visiting her mother. Her mother realized we could provide the environment she needed. With child custody issues you must understand its not about you or the child's mother, it's about the child. I know you've heard that before but do you really know what that means?
Your relationship with the child's mother, her family, your wife or partner and your family are essential to the child and thier growth. You should be able to drop everything for your child even if it's to
assist the child's mother. I don't know how many times I left work because I was asked to pick up our daughter on her day. If it has to do with the child it's your responsibility. You must show the child time and time again they are loved and you will always be there for them. You do that by actions not words.
Thank you Harry!
