Best decision you'll make

After calling 800lemonlaw I was assigned to Jacqueline Herritt. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very accurate regarding expectations. She even went above and beyond in scheduling the sale of my vehicle, as i had purchased it at a dealer located relatively far away. The entire process was pain... free and best of all we won our case! Hopefully I will not encounter another lemon concerning my vehicles, but if I do I hope to work with Jacqueline again.

Thank you for your hard work

What a wonderful company Kimmel & Silverman is (SPECIFICALLY JACQUELINE HERRITT)!!! I reached out to Kimmel & Silverman when I got to the point where my new car was just not safe to drive and I had know where else to turn. From the first phone call to the last call Kimmel & Silverman provided me with... the assistance I needed with my lemon law. My lawyer was so great she got my car bought back, all of my payments & interest refunded and my loan paid off. It seems too good to be true, but it is not. Because of their hard work, I was able to start fresh and go buy a safe car that is made properly. If you are reading this review, stop what you are doing and call Kimmel & Silverman. They are pros in the industry and will take away the stress and hassle for you to solve your problem. Thank you Kimmel & Silverman for all of your hard work to solve my Lemon Law case. Maria

Very pleasant to work with

I took several months with many of service records and videos. She kept me in the loop the whole time when she heard anything. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and very knowledgable about the process.

Happy Clients!

When our brand new car went back to the dealership after we had it for only a week; we were told that the car would be repaired , but not replaced. It took Jacqueline's knowledge and tenaciousness to have the Manufacturer purchase the car back after several months of it being at the Dealership wit...h no resolution to it's problems. We now have a new 2014, and my wife and I are very thankful we made the decision to engage Kimmel and Silverman. Thank you, Jacqueline

Would not recommend

Jacqueline was not helpful, did not fight for my case and offered me no advice. She also would not return phone calls. I have had an ongoing case for the past 8 months with no resolution. I would not recommend her for your lemon law case.
